 Free Trial CostsÂ
To get a trial sample, you’ll need to sign a Product Testing Agreement outlining the product details and price. We offer free trials for certain products, and delivery can be arranged straight after we receive your signed agreement.Â
For products with a non-refundable deposit, we’ll charge a deposit upfront based on your order. This will be refunded when you return the product in good condition within the trial period. You will be responsible for any courier costs and additional shipping charges if your order does not qualify for free delivery.Â
Returning the ProductÂ
Returned products must be clean, undamaged, and complete with all manuals, accessories, documents, and original packaging. If you damage the product during the trial, you’ll need to pay for it.Â
